A pairing deserves more than two names.

Make a yumeship intro that feels specific to your story. Use a color they would choose, a symbol that connects them, or a line about how they met.

Need a ship name first?
  1. Introduce your characters

Add your S/I, yumesona or OC and your F/O. Keep the illustrated initials, or choose your own images and adjust their position.

  2. Give the pairing some personality

Describe the dynamic and choose a few motifs for each character. A moon, a favorite drink or a shared place can say more than a long biography.

  3. Take your card with you

Choose Character files, Memory journal or Cover story, then pick a palette. Export your favorite size or download all four images together for your introduction, profile and collection.

A few things to know.

New to the terms? Our ship name guide explains pairing names and how people use them.

What is a yumeship template?

A yumeship template is a visual introduction to a pairing involving yourself, a self-insert (S/I), or a yumesona and a fictional character. It brings the names, roles, images and little details of your pairing into one card. This editor supports two characters and is also useful for OC pairings and selfship introductions.

Can I use this as a selfship template?

Yes. Choose the role labels that fit your pairing: S/I, yumesona, F/O, OC, canon or character. A fictional other (F/O) can be a character you have a romantic, platonic or other personal connection with. Describe that relationship in your own words in the dynamic and story fields.

Are the templates and downloads free?

All three layouts, three color themes and four PNG sizes are free: portrait (1080 x 1350), square (1080 x 1080), Story (1080 x 1920) and banner (1600 x 600). Download one image or all four in a ZIP file. There is no account requirement, payment step or added watermark.

Where are my photos and saved projects kept?

The editor processes your images and text in your browser and saves separate projects on this device when browser storage is available. Projects do not sync to other devices, and clearing site data removes them. Download a project backup to keep an editable copy or import it on another device. If storage is full or blocked, you can still edit and export in the current tab.

Can I share the finished card?

Yes. Download the PNG and post it wherever your community allows this kind of introduction. Use images you have permission to share, preserve the artist's requested credit, and add a credit in the editor if needed. Downloading the card does not publish it anywhere automatically.
